Review Of HOTEL BLUE DIAMOND

Hotel room was good. AC was so so . Room cleanness was ok 3 star. Bathroom was ok 3 star . It is like 2 star hotel . No dining available. Room service was good . Electricity was off at night .No back for AC .only fan was working.

They cancel-led my booking and i did not get my refund

The facilities and amenities are not good. When I saw about to check-in to the Hotel then the hotelier denied to give me a room. He told that he doesn't have any booking confirmation from the company. Anyhow I convinced the hotelier and managed to get a room. They provided a few basic amenities. The room was average and the washroom was not perfectly clean. I will not recommend this property to others only if they if improve the facilities. Overall it was a fair stay for me.

The Hotel is safe and secured. The location of the Hotel is convenient for my purpose of visit. The staffs are friendly. The room was spacious and the washroom was clean. The staff's services were awesome. Overall it was a nice experience over there. I recommend this property to others.

Location irrelevant, there is nothing in the whole town. We stay because we had to have a meeting, would stay in Bardoli again.
