Terrible Stay

The stay was terrible. The hotel refused to give room as per my booking. I had booked a 250 square feet queen size AC bedroom with one extra bed. But he has given me a deluxe room after lots of arguments around 7 PM. However I told the hotel about my booking around 11.30 AM and also communicated with him about my stay program. Initially he told me no room is available, only I can give you a small Non AC room. After lots of arguments he arranged one dirty type small deluxe AC room ( 120 square feet) for me. I have to do lots of struggle to get even extra bed and other facilities like towels, pillow and bedsheets . Also the room and bathroom condition was horrible.
