Review Of Hotel Bachan Niwas

It was a pathetic experience, the room and bathroom was so dirty, no hygiene. Room service is worst, yesterday night I called, that come and take a dinner order but no one came even after calling them twice. Even on that same evening I ordered for tea.. but again no response. My breakfast was included in my room rent but today morning they refused to give it.

1)Staff behavior not good 2) Posting room photos on booking platform 3) they give different room to costumer who booked online from different (No , no phone at my time )

*the water supply was not working, and the tv was also not functioning. Additionally, no one was available at the reception despite multiple attempts. I must say, this hotel's service is the worst i have ever experienced*

Wrist experience, not good condition room, no warm water facility, no support from staff, 3rd class hotel for stay so don't book this hotel

While Booking they showed 240sft room and they gave 100sft room. When we asked they gave rude reply. They replied We cannot allot the rooms of which we keep photos The rooms were smelling bad. Beds were unforgettable.

It was hotel for lonely for boys like parties not good for family

Terrible stay here, room provided were completely different from pictures shown rooms were stinky dirty with just a bed full of dust and mosquitoes on top of that there was no proper solution provided by support other than a mere voucher of 400

Hi, i have few complaints for my stay, behaviour and welcome was very rude at the entrance, they asked for extra 1000 rs for 1 hour early reached in the hotel, we paid finally 600 and then they allowed when we entered in the room we didn't get any cleaning in the room and washroom not even single water bottle, towel and shop just basic things. Sorry i had already checked it without any photo. Checked out

it's an oyo type hotel don't go as hotel room is not clean, use by other customers if you delay check in and most No towel available till further availability.

When you go to a place that is new to you, and all you want is to feel at ease or maybe at home, that's what this place made us feel like. It has a such a comfortable vibe. People here are friendly and very helpful. Also the food is comfort, and tasty. All n all it's a must visit for your next stay.

Some renovations were going in the Hotel so it was very dusty Even after requesting the cleaners did not clean the room properly. Floor was very dirty Toilet also dirty Food was ok
