I recently booked a three-star hotel in Port Blair trusting their recommendation as a loyal and frequent traveler. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. **Misleading Information**: The hotel was advertised as a three-star property close to the airport. However, the amenities and services were subpar, more akin to a budget lodge. 2. **Inadequate Room Arrangements**: Despite booking for three persons (2 adults and 1 child), we were provided with only a king-size bed. No courtesy was shown to offer an extra bed, which is a basic expectation. 3. **Non-Operational Restaurant**: A three-star hotel should have a running restaurant from 6 AM to 10 PM. Instead, we had to order tea through Swiggy as there were no staff available to serve us. The staff only appeared between 6 PM and 8 PM. 4. **Poor Room Amenities**: The room had a malfunctioning AC, a tiny Medimix soap, and a single Re 1 Clinic Plus shampoo sachet. Additionally, we were given a 2L plastic bottle filled with tap/RO water, misleading us to believe it was packaged water. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging close to ₹3000 per night without breakfast. 5. **Overall Experience**: I feel cheated and extremely disappointed Only positive think is that the manager offered a pick up and drop facility from Ferry and to airport through his connections. However this is not enough to recover from the frustation on a wedding anniversary day.
