Review Of HOTEL ANNAPURNA

First of all they refused me for room availability even my booking done then there person asked me direct payment not through mmt. With extra 120- rs. Which i already paid through mmt. After long discussion with there owner they gave me room. But in morning there is no hot water for bath. No phone as intercom. Counter person was very rood at night.

Terrible room service, two blanket for 7 people, irresponsible behaviour of staff ( actually only one watchman was there for room service.

It’s a poorly maintained hotel. Not sure if the owner wants to close it down in near future. Dirty bathrooms and linens greet you when you enter the room. Nothing to write home about when it comes to service. Overall very poor experience.

They cancel-led my booking i wan r my refund

When i went to check in at around 4pm the reception guy told that we can't check in now as it's too late and it can be done at 12 pm only, but then again he asked how much amount mmt took for the booking after checking which he told okay and gave me room key. Further the room and bathroom were in pretty dirty condition. Also in night when i am starting to sleep he wakes by knocking and calling on phone multiple times asking if i am going to stay the night or not.

It's around 20 km out of Solapur. No big shops around. No online payment options, only cash transactions.

Good stay and staff were very helpful in service.

Very poor behavior. Hotel room was dirty.
