The accommodations provided were truly exceptional and exceeded all expectations. Every detail was meticulously attended to, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience. The service was impeccable, with staff members going above and beyond to assist. I was left with a feeling of deep satisfaction, making it an experience I will always fondly remember. Overall, it was a truly excellent stay.

Hotel location and Food is good. But not worth for the Room Charges. Normal Room

Worst Hotel Ever, terrible in cleanliness, swimming pool was a mess, it’s dirty like a swamp. The staffs are confused. Rooms are not clean, Bedsheets have stains. Wasn’t about to sleep and exit at 1:30am as there were unwanted loud moaning sounds heard.

Hotel staff were not friendly. Breakfast session- waiters were busy talking to each other only, not much attentive to guests there. Asking for some item was actually taking more time than a std practice.

Excellent property and well maintained

Hotel was good but we were made to wait nearly 30 minutes during check in. Hot water also did not come properly and then we made complaint, subsequently it was okay but not good. Overall okay but needs improvement

Overall the stay was ok but there is a lot of room for improvement. Room service could be much better. Bathroom design needs to be better (shower in the middle and next to the toilet means the toilet seat and bathroom floor is always wet, poorly designed, lift waiting times are too long especially when are staff are using it for their purposes, sheets and pillows can be cleaner, rooms weren’t clean and ready on time or upon check in, body wash container was empty and wasn’t refilled, also need to provide extra towels and bath towel to put on the floor after shower, breakfast buffet can be improved (need more choices.

Perfect room and excellent & good experience

In bath room requied liquid is not maintained and telephone is out of order and complement morning break fast is not prepared in time and more over ac cooling is not sufficent.

Nice hotel for family stay, every one can have the, good hospitality. Even adopt the hotel, super location

Buffet is not good. Cleaning not good, even eating plat not good.

Service is not good. Operating with less service person. Floor not clean, morning breakfast we need to wait to get after time line
