fully bakwas hotel not better behavior, with hotel stapp, room are not good unclean washroom, not maintain room quality, price is too high not recommended in this hotel

The property did not match with photos. The bed was very bad. Had to change 3 rooms to find one with a working AC.

Hi. 1. Hotel lift was not working room landline not working tv not working food quality was very very poor staff response is very rude. I will not stay in this hotel ever. Also suggest not to book the same for any other guest. Room charges are also very high compared to other hotels.

Room cleaning and towel of hotel is damage condition provided in bathroom. Furniture are not cleaned in room

Room is not clean. Ac/fan/light is off when current is cut. Last night the room had to stay in darkness for approx 2h.

Booked and paid hotel room for three and including breakfast. We were asked to pay extra again upon checkin. Breakfast was served only after 9 am! i have stayed in many hotels across india and abroad but never found a place that serves breakfast so late. Since we had to leave by 8, we couldn't have breakfast on any of the days. Property is not well maintained. Bottom line, poor facilities and service for the price they charge.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent staff and well managed hotel.Food was also good. Overall service was great 👍.
