so disgusting rooms. with bad smell, every thing unhygienic, mirror even painted with lipstics, towel having hard laundry smell

Room cleaning was not up to mark. Bathroom was not up to mark. AC was not working properly.

Room was very dirty not only dirty it was horrible. I have requested to change my room, they have changed but second one was more horrible. I have called MMT to solve my issue. MMT executive tryed his best but he can able to got cancelled one day booking. it was 2 day trip and I have to 1 night in horrible room

Hotel cleaning condition was worst. Lot of dust observed, floor was not cleaned, continuous water was coming from toilet sheet. Bathroom was not cleaned. Seepage observedon room wall. Door painting observed demage. Room AC was not working

No TV, no saving kit, no slippers, very bad experience, unhygienic, No tea available before 7AM, congested location.

Had a comfortable stay at Hotel Ashoka Grand, Chhapra. The rooms were clean, the staff was courteous, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. Would recommend it to travelers visiting the area!

Over priced! room service and professionalism was lacking. Reception mostly remained unresponsive.

The issues faced are as under 1. Hospitality staff untrained and not responsive2. Reception staff not forthcoming3. Toilets are not clean4. Bed was not clean5. Sleepers provided were of different pairs6. Towel not provided initiallygood point1. Staff well behaved.

It was different to find the location, however with the help of google map it could be possible, address of hotel is not mentioned.

Hotel in not in good location, not in main Road. Staff was good. Service were good. Room and washroom were neat and clean. Ambience was average. Food was good in taste and had good spread. It was a comfortable stay. I will definitely recommend this Hotel to others.

It was an average stay at the property.

It was a business trip and the experience as not that good. They provided room was not hygiene. Bed sheet was pretty old. Washroom not clean, it was stinky and smelling. Intercom not provided, we need to call through mobile phone for service. Sufficient staff was not available and they are not professional enough. The location was not convenient. Road is very narrow, can not take the car inside the property, need to Park on the Road. Food was poor, they served cold it and can not have it.
