Good location, food, services and other amenities are excellent. Quick response by hotel staffs. Spacious room.

The property location is good , but the rooms were not as per the pictures shown , there was no wifi as promised , no news paper in the room , Room service was good , food was also good , only area of improvement is room maintenance and amenities availability as promised.

Room was too expensive as correlated to facilities provided. Food was good

Room are full of smell of cigarettes lobby was also the same i requested for room change they haven’t change also in restaurant the milk is not available so no tea coffee available

There is only this Hotel which is good and no other option is there. Room was good and spacious. Washroom was hygienic. I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning. So, I have no Idea about the staff.

The room was not as per the charge. The pillow covers and bedsheets were not clean. No RO water is provided by the Hotel. The staff were cooperative.

The rooms are good. But there is a service issue in the restaurant. They are slow at service but the restaurant is of premium quality.

Hotel is OK, but they should know about the amenities they quote while booking. Have to argument for mineral water which was in my booking, they denied that they don't provide, news paper also But you have no such choice in the area.

Of course, the Hotel is well planned and close to the City. Adjoining marriage garden makes the stay little noisy when there is a marriage function. It may be by chance that such a function was there during my stay.
