River View Inn

We used mm t to book this and were surprised by mm t fallen standards in listing this property in the first place. The first room that was given had mud on the floor and a dead spider. The toilet was not flushed with human excreta floating. The next room that was provided had the same issue plus the bed had human hair and yellow stain in the commode. Since we were tired after the long two day drive, we were not in position to keep shifting instead had the staff clean everything in our presence. When we used the bathroom, the tiles were slimy which you normally get when you don't clean the bathroom. In the evening, we asked for warm water and the tv to be enabled. After multiple followups it was not done and after frustration we informed mm t that same night and expressed our desire to checkout the next morning. Mmt senior escalation manager sakshi rajput's expectations from us that we should continue to stay in the hotel. I am sorry that mm t hires cheap mentality staff which justifies why such property is listed in the first place.

Room was very good and very supportive staff the food was excellent quality very good ambiance and a suggestive stay for food lovers😋
