Review Of Hotel Adina Palace, Valsad

Hotel is in a bad state, booked two rooms, non had air conditioning, in room 809, the sheets had holes, asked for the sheets to be changed…. They did change the sheets as a favour. Room 808 fan was not working had to request a change in room, this was done with a lot of negotiation, we were given room 807 The toilets jet spray was not working properly ie it had holes in the pipe… therefore everything got wet. Not sure about the rooms on the lower floored were like but the 8th floor rooms were permanent sauna, you cannot open the windows at night due to the mosquitos. Just stay anywhere else

The room was a species but lots of mosquito, no slippers were offered, tv was small size i mean who used small tv nowadays

Overall experience at this place was terrible. 1. Lot of mosquitoes 2. Ac doesn’t work 3. No hot water for bath. We’re the issues we faced

Was average. No breakfast and even tv was not working. Staff is fine but not professional. Some local boys were working. In between even ac was not working. Bedsheet were also not very good.

The property needs to have professional hotel management with a properly trained staff. The rooms need substantive upgradation / modernisation. The property has a potential to become of good three star property but needs massive renovation and staff training.

No food is available. Though the booking was with breakfast they don’t have kitchen. What they can offer is dhokla and coffee

It was a prime hotel prior to corona. It's in heart of the town which still stands out. But panda-mic has hit them hard and now the maintenance is not as good as it used to be. Lot to improve. All the best. Hope to have a better environment for stay next time.

Good Hotel for stay. Near to railway Station. Walkable distance from Station.

Location was convenient. The hotel is very outdated and desperately needs renovation and fixtures and fittings replaced. There was mold in the bathroom. The linen needs replacing. The food quality is also poor.

Hotel is located in crowded area. Basement parking is inadequate and is very poorly maintained. Help from the Hotel needed to locate it in the rear part of the property.

Service was third class. Manager's instant answer will irritate you. He is over smart. As per him the traveller should carry all necessity along with him. Like tooth brush kit, soap and other toiletries. They provide cheap low cost soap, low cost shampoo, low cost towel, low cost blanket etc. at the price. Not recommended.
