everything thing is good food quality and other amenities good all well its a good property hotel staff is so polite 👍

The rooms were not cleared till 5 pm on check in whereas it should have been ready by 12. 00 check in time. Toiletry was not kept in room

The staff is super lethargic, the rooms stink and are all in the worst condition. I wasn't getting hot water in the shower and the staff casually told me it's only available in the morning. In the morning also, it was available for like 10 mins. The food and it's presentation was the worst ever. The breakfast never came because the staff was late.
