nice hotel to stay, food is good as well good and respected staff, nice and big room to stay, try to maintain clean and tidy rooms in the long run

Dirty Washroom, pathetic room service. They even could not afford to provide plate cup etc when requested. after many request they gave a dirty plate. my worst experience. smelly washroom and room. Dirty lift full of foul smell. they don't even provide tea and they get from outside. what a pathetic so called hotel. complete waste of money. rude staff typical village mentality

The room was very bad with stinking smells, the bed and pillows were poorly maintained. The windows had no locks and created noise whole night. After booking for 2 days checked out in one night.

Hotel is good. As we booked the room through Make my trip (on line) the service level is not up to the mark.

outside appearance was nice, but inside the rooms lot of cockroaches, so we have to shift another room still we found cockroaches and the housekeeping was also poor

1. bed was not comfortable (2 single bed were jointed ) 2. ⁠bed bugs and soared into washed fibre cup, broken teapoys. 3. ⁠bed spreads, wash towels, pillow covers were dirty even though they said that they washed. 4. ⁠water for bathing were dirty dark water. 5. ⁠dental kit was not provided 6. ⁠in-house restaurant was not available for room service. 7. ⁠actually i’ve trying to book and seeking for the availability when i’ve called to them they said not to book 8. ⁠overall for all complaints there was no response or no responsible people over there. truly a worst stay that i have ever stayed like this. highest level of dissatisfaction.

Their timings are not flexible. They charge extra even if it is with in 24 hours. Restaurant is nit good

While the property was decent service was extremely bad. Attitude shown by front staff was pathetic

had an excellent stay here and no issues except there is no proper stay for drivers. they are asking to stay in the functional halls and sleep on the floor. a good dormitory exclusive for drivers would help us to travel worry free

Food quality at the restaurant was below par. At the room, a/c controls were not working, hot water was not available for one day. Dustbin was not kept by default. Overall not that great. Parking space was ample. Staffs were kind. But quality is missing.

Booked 4 room got 3 due to room had issue it seems. That was little disadvantage for 8 people to adjust

Excellent stay. Room was good. Well cleaned and staff also very cordial and helpful. Nice place to stay with family. Location near to all restaurants and market. Good connectivity

Check in was provided only around 1. 15pm whereas check in time was 12. 00noon. For each guest room only 1 soap, 1 towel was provided. Other toiletries such as toothpaste, comb, shampoo, hair oil were flatly refused inspite of asking. Dining hall lot of houseflies were present and table cleaning in restaurant was disappointing. Check out, they insisted to clear out by 12. 30pm

The staff are totally unfriendly they don’t want online booking customers. The food quality is bad and room is filled with cockroaches
