Overall stay was good. Nice Hospitality, well-behaved staffs and good services. Clean and decent room with the basic facilities. Property was value for money.

It was my family trip. The property was wonderful in all aspects whether it is of cleanliness, security, facilities provided or location. The rooms were very comfortable. It was totally value for money stay.

The hotel in Bomdilla was named as Bomdilla Inn, but on reaching the location we were told it is Sipayang Pong. Very old hotel. Not very good.

Not value for money. Hotel was over priced for the facilities they provide

Hospitality Inn it seems is a sub- brand, as the actual hotel name Tsepal Yangzom was notified some 12 hours before check-in time. It is quite an ordinary property, and I paid much more than their tariff chart for a very average experience. Food was good, that is all.

Radiculus services of Hospitality Inn so as MMT, they took more than 50% of booking money, consequences faced by me from hotel authority, always they said you paid room about full amount for a day but we got only half of it, this is absolutely inexcusable.
