We stayed for 1 night at Kunjan homestay and it was really one of the best accommodations we have come across in a long time. The place offers a spectacular view of the Chug river and the valley. The rooms were very clean and cozy in an affordable range. The place is also easily accessible. One of the best things about the homestay is their food - a homecooked healthy and hearty meal hitting at the right spots after a long day travel. Moreover the host were very polite and friendly and are ready to help you with anything. Truly one of best places to stay in Dirang. Will visit it again for sure.

The homestay actually felt like home. Extremely warm and welcoming hosts. They were very polite and helpful with their guests. We completely enjoyed the stay, the view. Neat and tidy rooms and bathrooms! Homely food and scenic view from the room.

Room was not available but MMT issued hotel vouchers , as such the owner adjusted one homestay near to his property .

As it was a homestay, it was run by family members. They provided great hospitality. They asked all the time about our needs and fulfilled them. The food and snacks were home made and felt so good. At the very end, they gave us a sweet goodbye in their traditional way!

host behaviour was very polite and friendly....rooms are also clean with all basic facilities......view from the homestay is the best part of this property...food quality and taste is average.... the view from the property which made your morning....very delightful 🙂

After arriving at the homestay, the reserved rooms were not at-all ready and the host was raising some very irrelevant issues, as his rooms were not ready. The rooms had no arrangements for hot water, no arrangement for even a cup of tea. For use of kitchen, the demand for extra rs. 3000 was made, which was ackward. While i raised the issues. The overall experience was very pathetic. my family members were really shocked. The host became ltl bit friendly only after some time and my promise to pay whatever extra required. Overall experience was pathetic.

Kunjang homestay is a place where you will get a homely atmosphere with terrific view of chug valley. Safe place to stay if you are travel-ling with your little ones. Host are very friendly and takes care that you get to eat your food piping hot. Road leading to the homestay needs to be repaired though but overall the stay was nice.
