They offered a room which was not as per the booking or description. There was one secluded room at the roof, full of dust. Lizard, cockroach and ants in the washroom. The washroom was also very dirty. They changed the room in the morning after the other room got vacant .

Stay was very comfortable. Owner was very courteous and made us feel at home. Total value for money

The hotel is situated in the residential area of the town. That is why location is not that great & might not fulfill your expectation. It also looks like the residential building has been converted into a hotel. Now coming to the amenities, the hotel is neat & clean. The rooms are sufficiently spacious. The bathroom is ok. The hospitality of the hotel staffs & owner is exceptionally good. They will look after your needs with extended hand. They arranged for early check in at 7. 00 a. M. Without any extra charge & saved us from spending a cold morning in the railway waiting room. We booked a morning safari in ranthambore during the shivering cold in the month of january, where they provided us two blankets to carry with us for the safari without any extra charges. They arranged for the transport as and when we required. Also you can order simple foods as per your choice & the cook is also good. Most importantly, their behaviour compelled me to give a five star rating even the level of comfort might not be the same as i usually get in other hotels with the same price.

No facility available it's a home not a hotel no proper lighting in the room and washroom not a single staff available. Overall experience is very terrible

The stay was good, location is bit remote. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodative including manager narpat singh ji. Honestly, i did not like the food very much, even the price was a little too high for such stale food. But overall experience was nice.

I had booked for a transit stay for a day. I called up the hotel 1 day before my visit. The phone number on the booking voucher was out of service. It took me quite some time to fetch another number from facebook. I called up the hotel. The person who answered the call sounded crass, unwilling to help. So i extended my stay with the other hotel & did not go there. I got a call from the hotel on the day i was supposed to check in post 8pm. That is how they care for their guests ! not impressed.

Surendra is very nice and helped me with booking of two canter safaris. In the last one we saw tiger. He speaks good english but other guy has difficulty with it. Also he woke me up at 5:30am to ask for tea which was not nice. Overall nice. Food okay

We booked this property on a very short notice ,staff was cooperative and helpful...food was given as per our choice and they tried there best to keep us comfortable...helped in booking Safari last minute... dropped us at pickup spot too....my 👍

It was a pathetic experience about the property, rooms was having bad smell, untidy washrooms toilet seat is like indian public toilets, my room no. 1 is not having separate water geyser (which is common to another room) when the other room guest is using water then my room’s bathroom is running dry from water and vice verso. *kitchen: a little foul smell kitchen at rooftop with zero hygiene. Basic amenities from rooms are missing, no electric kettle, no power backup, even the towel they given are torn and somewhat seems to be used. Even there are only 2 person in hotel who does all work cooking, room cleaning, sweeping and other works too, utensils and other kitchen stuff is pathetically bad, food served was so so oily that there only oil instead of vegetable and not only this they asked me how much u will eat before serving me the limited portion. It was an overall horrible nightmare like experience for me in this stay. Even after so much happened staff asked to give good reviews. Hotel person : anil and shahruk both are not trained they are just like labour. Hotel owner : always tried to compensate the missing basic amenities. Even the running tap water is so hard that u can’t even use it wash your hands. Bathing from that water is far away. Water having much of floride, calcium and magnesium.
