Poor Stay
I had a very disappointing experience at Hill Resort Alibaug (Nagaon). The property looks nothing like the pictures shown online. It’s located in a very odd area with no proper road access. Staff were inattentive and showed no interest in helping guests. Housekeeping service was poor, there was no hot water in the room, and the place was full of insects — one even entered my ear. Overall, not worth the money and definitely not recommended.

Average Stay
Basic resort which is under construction. Food is not available, except tea. Rooms are clean. Caretaker (Sanjeet) is helpful and attends to all needs. Location is tricky and in an underdeveloped area.

Poor ex
familyit's mentioned food is available in restaurant, however their was no food as the cook had left for his native and no one bothered to inform, we came to know while we were ordering food at 10 pm. There only one person managing the entire resort the manager is available only for some time. Overall experience was poor.

Poor Stay
No proper service we came late night still they came to ring bell early morning to vacate the room no humanity. I want gift card. Otherwise will never book from mmt. Not trusted hotels. Now i have to book another hotel. For stay

Excellent Stay
It was great experience to say with hill resort as the interior as well as out door services provided by you was worth. The food you served was tasty and the surrounding was too good. If in future we have to stay in alibaug we for-sure will choose the best location that is hill resort. The rooms and washrooms are clean and comfortable. The surrounding view is too good. Cleanest property
The rooms are very clean and tidy. The pool is crystal clear and property is very calm and best for chill out.
