The property itself was well-maintained and clean, but our stay was severely impacted by management issues. Upon arrival, we had to wait 20 minutes because the previous guest hadn’t checked out. Initially, there were no mattresses available, and it took an hour and a half to get them. Additionally, the room had poor lighting, the bathroom lights were not working, and the flushes were dirty. Issues like the absence of bed sheets and dirty, smelly blankets were not addressed promptly. Due to these problems, we ended up not staying overnight. Better management and maintenance are crucial for improving the guest experience.
