The stay was okay. Bed sheets were not clean. It cud have been better as per the price that was taken

Very very bad experience. No wifi, staff not cooperative, geyser not working, room not cleaned every day, toiletery not provided, no staff in hotel after 10 pm ( matter of security and emergency help. Very bad experience through makemytrip.

The room was terrible, the beds were flimsy thin, so was the blanket and the service was awful. There were no dustbins inside the room, the blanket did not stop the cold and the staff had very judge-mental stares at us. It felt rude, and i'm definitely never going again, purely because of the services. No

Stayed in heera and it was near to nit collage. Needs to provide basic needs like dental kit. Mat. Lights to be checked before the arrives. Even towel. Soap and bed sheets we need to ask and get and that is not correct.

The main problem is its location from the bus stand. You have to climb a steep mountain to reach here. Bathroom fittings are old and door and windows are not maintained properly. Bedheets pillow covers are dirty and not cleaned

The staff was okay type but the maintenance of the property was very bad. The tap was loose and one was not working. The curtains and linen were very dirty. The water from the flush was coming out. The bathroom was also dirty. Washroom door did not close properly. Cleanliness point of view the hotel was very bad.

It was fine, room conditions were not that good. And the price was not justified for the room

Terrible room and dirty tv cabinet. Old wiring was seen in 1980’s no charging point near the bed. No wifi, electric kettle provide on request. Never seen such type of experience.

The hotel service is worst in every aspect, not a good destination for couples. Room was not value worthy at all

There are no pictures of room in MMT app. Food is not good. Not a clean hotel. Locality is good and parking is available. Room is over prices as compare to other hotels in Hamirpur.
