Worst hotel,, stained bedsheet, no facility, dirty room and unpleasant staff, the staffs were very rude and stay not worth the money

It was a pleasant stay in this hotel. Staff and management were very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent experience.

Just ok bathroom not clear, dirty bedsheet, windows s hide heavy dust etc. Communication is only good

Even 1 is too much for such a disrespectful and arrogant hotel i will rate 0 out of 5. staff made the stay very uncomfoy, he treat the guest like a bad. He's impolite, rude, and above all he gave orders to the guest. so i made the booking. However at night when i get back to the hotel told me that i will have to downgrade my room and shift to another room, i booked for the suite room but he ask me to shift to delux room. I ask the reason why, he claim there is a vip visiting so they need the room for him, and i was mentioned that this room was always kept for vip, my quest is if the room was always reseved for the vip then why the hell they even put up online? if it was meant just for vip then it should never be out for public, they can't just kick the guest around just like that whenever they wish to. I have never been insulted and humiliated ever in my life just the way hambi did, the management is the worst could of be no help. This is the best example of hotel who turn traveller into a nightmare trip.

Ambiance, cleanliness, front desk, security, food quality all superb. Support staffs except one were excellent. Timing of food and restaurant service need relook.

as my opinion one of the best hotel for staying but if the water of taps and shower must be cleaned 🙃
