location is good but service and facility is very baad . Staff is very rude. Hotel's room is no clean

Room and blanket was not clean. first day they give me room and another day they ask to shift in another room which was inappropriate.

This hotel is pathetic. When I tried to checkin at 10pm in the night the room were dirty and when I ask the hotel manager to clean it up then he denied to do that. Also he told me to cancel the booking if I wish to. Then I reach Makemytrip customer care and they also didn't help me out at that point of time by saying that I will get a refund of my booking amount and MakeMyTrip also didn't help me at that point of time. both hotel and MakeMyTrip are pathetic and didn't understand the condition at that time. I had travelled for about 600km with my family and both hotel and MakeMyTrip denied to help me at the midnight after a long call with customer support.. I never recommend anyone to book this hotel as well with MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip didn't help you if you book hotel from them.
