Review Of Govind Niwas Home Stay

The place and property were very nice amazing. The property owner was very cooperative. I felt like at home. The cooling of the ac was also very good.

The blanket were dusty, the bed-sheet were dusty. No transportation available to reach this destination from railway station and drivers ask for extra money to reach here.

Very nice cool and calm place family environment feel like home stay

The day we reached, she literally started irritating, she is coming to our room and talking for an hour or so, wasting time. She is mentioned same thing thousand times. She didn't mentioned anything while we book the room but as we reached there she was intolerable. It was very bad experience. She had problem with everything, every-time we are going somewhere or coming back from somewhere, she will come out and irritate again.

I booked this homestay for two nights on make my trip, after it was booked i got a call from the owner that the room is available only for one night, post i reached the property the room was available for whole two nights. I though stayed for a night only. Aunty was so non cooperative, she firstly denied to give extra blanket( temp outside was 7-8 degrees) and then she gave us an old quilt. V poor stay,

We were a family of four members and had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in go-wind niwas home stay. Overall it was a terrible experience for us due to the following points: 1. Location: though the home stay was only 3-4 km from the station, we saw pathetic roads, poor lighting throughout, uphill. Many autos won't agree to ride. If you are planning for sightseeing, it is difficult for a to and fro travel. 2. Owner: cribbing nature, restrictions to go to the balcony, extra charges to use the kitchen services, continuous interference, overall loud. She didn't allow us to keep the luggage for a few hours after check out - causing a lot of inconvenience for us. Although, it looks budget friendly, i won't recommend anyone to go through such ridiculous hosting behaviour. Even the french family living in the 3rd room faced huge issues of communication and access to this place.

It is an excellent property for staying with a homely touch. It is neat & clean and well maintained. The host mars pandey is a very caring person and goes out of the way to make your stay comfortable.
