The property is Good for family. Map shows INCORRECT location of the property in MMT. You have to take an auto(TOTO) every time you try to visit the main Mandir gate.. although it takes hardly 5+min in a vehicle. No Food available

Hello Dear Bitan Ji, I am happy to know that you found the property suitable and "Good for family". However, I am sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered regarding the location and food and below is my response: Incorrect Map Location (MMT): I am truly sorry that incorrect location, causing confusion upon your arrival. I am actively working with MMT to immediately correct this error . Altough, the distance is 1km from iskcon to guest house and property is on the main road. Transportation/Mandir Gate: While our location offers peace and quiet, I want to reiterate that there is 5-minute travel time by toto/eRickshaw to the iskcon main gate from my hotel . Food Availability: Inhouse restaurant is not available currently but as you experience that there are many restaurants are available to near by to my hotel.

Very good accommodation in front of ashram. Very clean room and toilet. All ameneties are available near this guest house.

Terrible Stay
I had a disappointing experience during my stay. Firstly, the location provided on the MakeMyTrip app was inaccurate, which caused confusion and inconvenience while finding the property. Additionally, the room and washroom were much smaller than expected based on the listing photos. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness—particularly the washroom, which had a very unpleasant odor throughout the stay. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes necessary improvements.

Decent stay, peaceful and very friendly staffs. Although the rooms are smaller and the beds should be more clean. Bedsheets and pillow covers were old and looked little dirty. Otherwise is a good budget friendly one night stay.

Dear Soumojit, I sincerely apology to reply you late and sorry that your stay with us was disappointing. I read about the issues with both the old pillows and the specific complaint about a dirty pillow. I changed the linens and bedsheets with the new one and ensure these are always fresh and clean. Regarding your comment on the smaller rooms, I do understand this was not ideal for your needs. The size of our rooms is standard for whixh is around 120 sqft nd provide an accurate representation on mmt website. Average Stay
The room is good for 2 people but the room was not properly clean there were cobwebs here and there. The mug in the bathroom was broken. The behavior of the staff was good. So this is average type hotel for me.
