It is the first and worst experience in booking room in make my trip asking cancellation from make my trip sideand more amount from hotel side.

Dear Shemeema, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that your booking was made for 2 adults, but you arrived with 3 adults and 1 child. As per hotel policy and booking terms, additional guests incur extra charges, which was informed at check-in. We sincerely regret any inconvenience caused and assure you that we always try our best to provide a comfortable stay for all our guests. We request you to kindly ensure the correct number of guests is mentioned while booking to avoid such issues in the future.
