Check-in formalities takes up too much time literally I was given a room after 40mins post my arrival at the property and room is good but the staff & owner behaviour is worst and I was charged more money though I already booked and paid the original booking amount online.

The experience was nice. The property is located near Railway station so the commute is sorted. The washrooms are well maintained. They offer locker service.

Great rooms, not so great bathroom/ washroom
Amazing rooms, room cleanliness is amazing. Staff is very supportive and responsive. Very helpful. Only reason I am giving 3 stars is due to washroom and bathroom situation. Bathroom and washrooms do not have any ventilation. The exhausts do not do a good job. I couldn't enter the washroom for 5 minutes and had to hold the door open as there are door closers installed. So if you could improve the washroom bathroom situation, it's a 5 star rating stay.

Good choice for hour based stay
It's situated exactly opposite to the pradap theatre which will take close to 10 mins walk from railway station. Staff's are humble and washrooms are neat, had a good experience over all

The hotel demands extra charges on check in saying that they are not tied up with make my trip. They did not provide any toiletries. Even the bathrooms are smelly.
