This was really good stay experience, food was great, stay location was good, also they have parking facility in Chopta. staff was so supportive they also guide us for Chopta tungnath trek

The stay was the worst of my life. The approach to the hotel is a one kilometre tracking and this is very hard when you have aged persons with you. It was even worse since we reached in the late evening. The amenities are the worst. In negative temperatures they did not have any room heater. There were no proper washrooms as well. The room and the bed were untidy. The windows were open throughout the time and the chilled air was coming into the room.

Worst stay. Worst hotel. Facilities are so bad. Rooms are dirty. Staff was so lame. Hotel is so far from main road.

Unclean washrooms, no proper toilet, no transportation, shabby rooms, no security.

I went with my family. And the thing which we liked the most is there hospitality. Their behaviour towards the each person is very humble. The food provided to us was very delicious.
