Overall, a nice hotel. However, the room smelled mouldy, the a/c was weak, the hot water was on and off, and, as others have noted, the mattresses seemed made of wood. I like hard mattresses,Hotel slightly outdated

The location is quite shady. The rooms smell of smoke and alcohol. The hot water geyser doesn't work. The staff are poorly groomed and look very suspicious and unhelpful. Overall it was a very scary place. Never going to use any Fab hotel again

The stay was so horrible. The people sitting at the reception was so rude and pathetic. They were not at all ready to adjust for anything. There were cockroaches in the room. And even the washroom tap was leaking. The overall experience was so pathetic and bad.
