I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent stay at a hotel in Ayodhya, booked through your platform. My experience was fraught with multiple issues, which I hope you will address promptly.
Firstly, upon arrival at the hotel at 1 AM, the caretaker denied us check-in despite having informed the hotel in advance about our late check-in. The caretaker insisted that no confirmation of our booking was received, leaving us stranded at an odd hour.
Furthermore, the service at the hotel itself was subpar. Despite the booking including breakfast, no breakfast was provided on the first day. The excuse given was that the kitchen was not operational at that time. Upon request, we were merely given a cup of tea and some buttered bread. On the second day, breakfast was entirely absent again.
Additionally, our room was situated near the main lobby, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise and disturbance.
Given these numerous issues, I am requesting a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur. I also expect compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by this ordeal.
