Good Stay
Location of the hotel is fantastic. Room is quite good. But it doesn't have own hotel, and while booking I booked along with breakfast. They brought food from some local vendor and there is no option apart from poha, kachori and Dhokla which I personally avoid due to my personal preferance.

Location, hygiene, safety
Hotel is near to samyak, all-en and is at the gateway of landmark city. Hygiene maintenance was good. Housekeeping is well. Safety standards have been adhered to.

Accommodation
Booking made for room categorized as super deluxe room in a resort but it in real was a basic room with ac that too in a normal hotel by no stretch of imagination can be classified as a resort. Ac too not working properly. Bathing towels very unhiegenic. No toiletries except bathing soap. I advise, think thrice before opting for booking in this hotel. Overly priced and very bad if u r in kota to spend a holiday

It was unfortunate that you didn’t like the hotel and services. I had personally attended you and dont agree with the comments you gave. You looking for 5star services in 3 star hotel. We had offered you full refund as you were not willing to stay, but you didn’t opt for it. What ever items mentioned in the room category were provided.
