cleaning of the hotel is very poor seepage and foul smelling in each room everything is okay with staff total cooperative

Location was very good room and service was great, helpful staff amenities were quiet bed.but overall good.

Property’s location is very good. Behaviour of staff was also nice. Rooms were tidy but dustbins should be covered with liners.

Don't go. Terrible experience. Washrooms were at very bad condition with stagnated water. I have to wait 45min for my lunch that I have ordered. They would force you to go to their restaurnt which was at 5th floor instead of ordering food at room

Worst property and pathetic service at reception. The person sitting at reception was very uncooperative and bad mouth.

It was an amazing experience with us staying in Hotel Narayanam. Everything was good even the food quality and taste were superb with decent price. Highly recommend!!

Average hotel. location is good. Food service and options are not that good. Outside food is allowed. Rooms are not that clean.

The hotel room was nice but the bedsheets were not clear and the bathroom flush was broken. Also since they don't allow outside food, the rice ordered was too salty.

The hotel staff at that night was drunk even after many times he has not given me 1 water even and i was whole night without water bathroom was without hot water and with bucket they provide me hot water all toilet system were faulty tv was not working as it was not charged with subscription even request to room changed staff argued too much and my room was not changed although almost 80 % rooms were vacant pathetic and terrible.

good hotel, it's decent hotel. staff is good and cooperative.

Hotel situated in main centre place. Nearby good restaurant. Only issue was water supply which was very dirty.
