Dirty toilet and poor sanitary fittings.. at best good for night stay if you dont have any other hotel option available.. food was decent, thats only plus, room was in poor state, tilted table, teared blanket.

Excellent location and ambience, however swimming pool was not maintained well and breakfast was average

Very clean,big & cozy rooms & bathroom. Staff is highly cooperative with customer. Location is in open area and parking is efficient. Room service is 24x7 . Will alsways prefer to stay here only

No hot water, plumbing issues, ac not working properly, changed room thrice, tatasky not recharged, muddy water everywhere, flush not working, slow service only good was the food from the restaurant.

Nice stay, big size room and good location also so we could take the highway back to destination also gm-food is slightly costly

Property located from google maps. Location excellent. Rooms are not well maintained. Wall plasters are peeling. Food quality average. Other amenities availoable.

Loction throught make my trip, all good is good, but same how maintance of rooms needed. Overall its good.

Comfortable stay excellent service pleasant experience. Highly recommended for stay near iii t kota for parents and guardians of students. Much thanks to front office staff ayush for taking extra care of guests. Will surely visit again.

Really very bad experience when i checked in than it has been found that duct ac not working no cooling, cable is also not recharged their staffs working in room for cleaning duct ac late night till 1:30, not receiving call also

I came here as it was showing a swimming pool but there was not any. The second package item in the restaurant was at double price don't know why they think they have a luxury restaurant

The guy on reception is very rude. I checked in at night even though i had booked hotel from months still the guys didn't even care to check the room. Bathroom was stinking, no recharge in tv, no towels in bathroom. It was mentioned in make my trip app that food delivery app facilities are available, when i received my order and going back to my room the guy on reception behaved so rudely saying outside food is not allowed, it was a humiliating experience. Was it the occupant 's fault that he himself is not aware about rules. Later ac was not functional and mosquitoes were there in the room. These guys instead of changing the room did all the repair while i was sitting and watching them in night. It was totally a disastrous experience. If you want a traumatic experience of your life go ahead and book it, i would recommend it's better to sleep in your car on roadside then staying here.

Very cheap mentality hotel we ever stay taking 8000/- extra charge to early check in without any information during check in.

The property was good with good staff service. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. The food was tasty with prompt service. A very well kept property.

The hotel staff told us even before entering the hotel that you will have to check out the room by 9 o'clock tomorrow and there were no facilities in the room, neither were there towels nor the leds were on.

Staff is ill trained hot water was not available breakfast buffet plates and bowls were old and chipped tv was not recharged very complacent and easy to go attitude like a government hotel

I booked this hotel for my parents who were travel-ling from lucknow to udaipur. I booked this hotel so my parents could halt for a night in kota & will resume their journey by 8 am in the morning. But on 5th morning my parents were told that there won't be any breakfast till 8:30 as there was no staff available.

It was wonderful

Clean white bedsheets, bathroom had great toiletries, new hotel, on the highway - a great stop over for travellers
