What the hell was that hotel?? dirty...horrible condition..our room no. were 107 and 108 and 108 was hell soo many insects.. cockroach..dirty toilet seat.. and please do not fall for the trap of "Complementary Breakfast", they don't even have a restaurant..they bring from somewhere else and the taste was horrible.. if you don't have any understanding of bottled water, you fall into the trap again..because they put local water in a Bisleri bottle.. it's basically for wedding purpose...not for staying purpose.. beds were in the worst condition..

Property location is good but beds are not up to the mark, stains are on beds. No geyser option available at the room.

The location of hotel is fine. Room was spacious. It was neat and clean. Washroom was also okay. All facilities provided were good. Service was good. Overall it was a good stay.

This was a trip for business purpose and the hotel is suitable for marriage and party purposes. The location of the hotel was not good. The room which I got was not up to the mark. Overall it was an average stay.

Very poor value and poor service. I had to stay in Mahoba overnight prior to catching a very early morning bus. The Ekta Palace hotel was supposedly fairly near the bus stand and good. But the hotel decor was tired and old, the wi-fi didn't work, the hot water did work but oddly, and it was surprisingly noisy. The staff were not very professional when you approach the reception desk and say you've got a reservation, no is not a helpful response. I explained that I'd like a tuk-tuk at 3:30 am to go to the bus stand when I came down at that time the only staff member around was asleep on the sofa in reception and there was, of course, no tuk-tuk.

Among the many stays, I have done in many hotels in my life, this hotel holds a special position as it was the worst of them all. The staff and receptionist were very rude and had no Idea how to behave with guests. The pillowcases in the room are very dirty and on top of that, there is web everywhere in the room. Basic hygiene is not met here. Amenities are awful as well. There were no toiletries provided and I had to buy those since after repeated requests they did not even bother to provide those.

The room was not as I expected. For the money, they charge for the stay they give a tiny room which was a little unexpected. The staff and the facilities were good. I can't say that it was a value for money stay.

Overall it was a nice stay there, but there are a few issues that I have faced during my stay. The geyser of the room was not working. They don't have the basic facilities like the wi-fi, which they need to improve. The room service was very slow and this was my real issue. There was no food available in the hotel. The staff was fine with us. The room was cozy. The location was very convenient.

Every services and amenities of the hotel were very good. The rooms were clean and satisfactory. The staff was polite. Near to the bus stand, the hotel is situated.
