The worst thing about the hotel is their check-in and checkout process . I checked in late at night around 11 pm they kept me waiting till 12 am as the lights of one room was not working I couldn’t understand when other rooms were available what was the fuss in providing another room then secondly the sheets were not properly clean and had stains on it then when checking out they sent out someone to look out in the room and asked me to pay extra as they claim I had stained the bed while the stains were already there I checked in late therefore didn’t have time to check properly. I have been to many hotels from 1 star to 5 star but didn’t face any such situation it was such an embracing situation.

As per my experience in every hotel they put sum snacks and soft drinks as complementary but here they put it but at the time of billing they told me that snacks and drinks are chargeable

Breach of privacy. First of all there is no way you can close the door from inside. There is only a toggle button which makes you feel you're gate is locked and anyone from the management team can easily open the door from outside just by swapping the card. And that's what happened with us. A staff member probably room servicer name Gopal tried opening the gate from outside by swapping the card
