Review Of Dhanshree Resort, Kaziranga,( Swimming pool Free Access)

Good property, Good ambience, well maintained and helpful staffs. Food was tasty, they replaced a food that was too spicy without question. Pool was nice, but too much chemical was used to treat the water... That they should be conscious and always test for chemical dosing levels. A few kids channel should be included in tv as well.

Just came back from the most amazing bachelorette weekend with my girls, and I have to say, this resort was everything we needed and more!The pool area quickly became our favorite hangout spot If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, party, and make lifelong memories with your favorite people, this resort is the one. We left with happy hearts, full bellies, and a ton of inside jokes. Can’t wait to be back

The best resort to chill. The pool is clean and the environment is safe. Its beautiful and full of good vibes. Definitely coming back. The staff is very nice and the food is good too

I booked 3 cottages for family and friends. Rooms are nice. Had some issues with AC. But they managed it swiftly. Nice pool. If you are with family having kids this property is highly recommended. Our stay at Dhansree was excellent. Location was good and quiet, the pool and room was also clean. The breakfast was last okay.

The property itself is very beautiful, but the rooms that we got for our stay were disgusting and dirty. The bathroom was smelly and covered in cobwebs. The toilet was stained. The corners were filled with dust and grimy.The footmats haven't been washed in ages. No face towels, the other two towels were smelly. They said they do not provide dental kits although mentioned in the website. The glasses in my room were not washed out. They were sticky n smelled of whiskey. The amenities tray was dirty. In my reservation the other room had roaches in the bathroom. They didn't provide toilet paper n had to be called to get it. The bathroom didn't close from inside. In the name of amenities in the bathroom we were given a tiny soap n two pouches of clinic plus. No handwash was provided, they kind of expected us to bathe and wash our hands after using toilet with the same soap. The swing feature of the AC in both the rooms were not working. We had opted for a lunch/dinner buffet but were told that as we were the only ones so they would provide us with a set menu for the meals and only Indian cuisine will be served . We were also told that we could only opt for either fish or chicken but when we firmly stood out ground they told us they will "adjust". We were informed that no drinks(non alcoholic except water) and no dessert would be provided which again after arguments ice cream( of a very questionable taste) was provided. There was no one supervising the pool although they had a kids section. We used the pool in the evening and the water was clean n the children had fun but there were a lot of insects that has fallen into the water and no one cleared it. I will definitely not visit this property again and this is just due to the bad service levels provided. Also wanted to mention that the soups that we ordered for room services were pathetic. Never seen a red Manchow soup with soft cooked noodles.

We stayed in executive cottage in the resort. Great stay with family. Food was good. cottages were great. The resort was good and the staff were also very co-ordinating. Food was also very good. The overall experience was good but the amenities which were mentioned on my trip like a dental kit were missing. When asked about it with the hotel staff they said that they don't provide dental kit so this miscommunication caused a little problem.

stay in Dhanshree resort was excellent, specially the swimming pool is well maintained,my kid enjoyed a lot,food and service was very good, location of the property is also very good , peace and surrounded by trees and mountain view,overall nice experience,will comeback again.

Good property. Good staff with fast service. The property is located near other places to eat as well as it is at the centre of the town. Easy access to the property.

It’s a very good resort in the middle middle of the nature. Full of greenery and also u can access a beautiful mountain from here.

Excellent experience. Very neat and clean rooms with all facilities. staff behaviour is too good. food is tastely and timely available. the hole resourt view pleasing my eyes. highly Recommended for family and friends.

Nice location... amenities & services are also good... However pond water was muddy and smell bad. Need to clean it.

Room is spacious and complementary breakfast is good. It has nice lawn and garden. Overall it is recommended for staying with family

Awesome Service, specially the Room Service. A little bit problem of the floor of bathroom which sloping is not at per. Rest the resort is excellent
