1. very unclean and unhygienic room 2. bedding and linen very dirty and worst condition 3. toilet was unclean and in very pathetic state of affairs. uncleaned from earlier use 4. mosquitoes and insects in the room instead, the hotel as provided a smaller - deluxe room which has the same above problems. globally there has been pandemic of covid and with this kind of service and cleanliness, it reiterates that things won't improve. need entire refund on the booking and compensation for making me stay awake past midnight and for the unclean, dirty and worst service provided. request to take action on the concerned hotel through food and drug administration, shop act licensees act, covid related and other health concerns related provisions. it is very disgusting and disturbing to stay in such pathetic hotels.

There were no proper toiletries, towels, poor room service.

Nice resort good service avarage facility

The resort is huge and has a garden and lot of parking space. The rooms are spacious although amenities are minimum. The food is also good and the price is reasonable. It's a nice place to visit with family and for marriage occasions.

Clean and neat room. Kind staff. Nice hospitality. A good hotel in a small town with very much affordable price for a pleasant stay
