Room was clean and tidy but very small and without any window. I prefer a natural light and airy room. Staff was okay.

Room is maintained well. Room service is poor. No discipline of having the toilet items, drinking water bottles, tea sachets with kettle to be kept in place. Despite informed in the morning, nothing was done till i came back in night. Attenders are lying and sleeping on the sofa kept in the reception in day itself. If no option, can stay in this hotel.

I booked it because this is the only hotel with wifi. But when i checked in the hotel, the wifi was not working. I booked for 2 nights and then extent-ed my stay for 2 more nights. But they keep on coming with excuses and didn’t fixed the wifi till the end. Also, when i checked out yesterday morning at 7, they charged me for 5 nights. Also they didn’t inform me that your booking is over, they directly charged the price.

Everything is ok except staff support.

The room was decent. There we a lot of mosquitoes. Our geyser was the working and staff did absolutely nothing to help.

Poor management and unhygienic used towels & bedsheet

I have done my booking with adv payment, when i arrived at hotel with family, they said all room allotted or booked for marriage party and can’t give any room. Then i asked how can they do like that they said it’s not possible. I just got disturbed after driving from long distance bbsr to bodh with family need some rest and but they are stick that they can not give any room then i shouted on them and later they gave a room which is not ready done the cleaning mopping while we wait at reception. All bed sheet blanket are not clean and started body itching. It’s a bad experience.

Terrible Stay

I did not stay in this hotel. it was showing in the phulbani kandamal town but this hotel is 50 kms away in bodh. This hotel should not show as a phulbani hotel. Please offer a refund.
