The location was superb, just near the fort. A newly renovated haveli turned hotel, the place was beautiful, with an amazing view from the terrace. The rates are very nominal. Highly recommended.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing, the staff was polite and helpful. The pool and view from the terrace is also great.

This is under construction property and very basic facilities and lift and cupboards in rooms are also not available. Rent should be less with so limited facilities

Worst and scary experience of life there is a spectacle in the name of heritage hotel

It was my first time visiting Bundi and Dev Niwas definitely is one of the reason I enjoyed my stay to the core. I will list down all pros and cons about this hotel. Pros: (1)Location is absolutely amazing. It gives to easy (walking) access to so many beautiful sites (Taragarh fort, Rani Ji ki baori, Nawal Sagar and others). (2)Room and bathroom was neat and clean. Bathroom was fitted with water heater and had no flaws. (3)View from the restaurant and terrace just adds to your experience of staying here. You can see well lit Taragarh fort from here while enjoying food and alcohol. (4)Food was delicious. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner (different cuisines) and they were all very well prepared. Best was dry diced chicken (they made it on special request from me). (5)Staff is courteous and welcoming. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. (6)Decor of the whole place and rooms makes it a quiet place to stay. (7)Very cost-effective. I am not gonna mention the amount we paid for a 3 night stay but I can assure you that it’s easy on your pocket. (8)Dev Niwas has a gorgeous front yard and a small temple (opposite the reception) which enhances the aura. Cons: Honestly none but there are a couple of things I would like to mention. (1)I think they should keep floor wiper in bathrooms. Tiles can be slippery after bath. (2)Quality of towels should be improved (if possible). Using them after shower will leave towels strands on ur body which makes it a little irritating. Rest I assure you that this hotel will not disappoint you. I simply loved it and will recommend the same to all my friends or family members who plan to visit Bundi.

The Hotel is in A cluttered location, area is not very clean.

Dev Niwas was an oasis in the desert of Bundi. Loved the rooms and the quaint vibe of the place.

Staff was really co-operative. The place is awesome. The view of place from dining area and rooftop is breathtaking.

The place was spotlessly clean, staff courteous and helpful, fabulous ambience and good food. Just wish there was more local cuisine in the restaurant. Overall, highly recommended stay.

This luxurious Heritage Hotel just colored up my stay in Bundi. Each click is royalist and stay is just like in a royal family. Both the interior and exterior parts are beautifully ornamented ed with antiques and paintings.

I want go there again. Good place for stay

The service was excellent, so was the location. While we were there, it rained, Lakes were overflowing and the streets flooded. During the deluge, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Had A memorable stay at Dev Niwas.

The standard room was spotless clean and so was the bathroom. The whole hotel was tastefully decorated and can be an attraction in itself. Completely painted in white, the whole place was spotless. This was a non AC room in the first floor and being a 500 year old have it doesn't have windows, so it does get hot. So during summers opt for AC. It was at a walk-able distance from all major attractions in Bundi.

A beautiful heritage home with great views from rooftop. The Fort is at walk-able distance. Tasty food, and the rooftop views made our stay memorable.

We had a bad experience on check in we booked 2 rooms for 3 people but they only had 1 room booked for us. The staff were not helpful or friendly sorting this out. But the rooms were good, simple but very clean and comfortable, good bathrooms and hot water, toiletries. Food was good at the rooftop restaurant and reasonable prices compared to other places in Bundi also clean. Communal areas were nice a lovely courtyard with fountain. A lovely place to stay shame about the staff.

Room was a true value for money.
