Excellent property located right next to Waterfalls ! Clean and neat property. Worth to stay.

The stay was quite delightful. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. We booked this property because of the YouTube and Instagram videos but we immediately realised our expectations were too steep. If you are choosing this hotel after watching the videos, please keep this in mind. That said, compared to the other hotels in the location, this is certainly one of the best and the staff is really wonderful.

it is so good to stay near the water falls, where the hotel is situated, and they are giving good service on stay and rooms and also for foods with affordable price. so iam recommending delano residency for good stay.

Hotel is falls nearby. Lot of basic amenities. Swimming pool for both kids and adults. Family friendly.

This property is not a resort as advertised... just a decent lodge. We booked 2 suite rooms and 1 premium room. On the day of checkin, after 2 pm received a prompt phone call from the properly asking when we would be reaching the hotel. We told by 7 pm, but eventually reached there at 11 pm. No one was there in the reception. Someone from the adjoining restaurant came and was searching for the room keys. It took another 15 minutes before we could get our rooms. One if the suite room was given in the old building and it was fine. Other 2 rooms ( 1 suite and 1 premium) were allocated in the upcoming under construction building. The approach to those rooms were through the restaurant ( in dark) and then through the badminton court and there we approach an under construction and full of cement dust building. One floor down tin that building we were shown the rooms which was filled with heavy toxic paint smell, which results in a terrible headache and sleepless night. Morning breakfast was minimalistic and devoid of any taste. Only good thing about this property is its proximity to the water falls. Everything else is a big let down

The room was in a building which was still under construction. Wifi didnot work for one full day when we stayed. Below average food. only Upside was courteous staff.

Location: Excellent Food: Very Good Amenities: Swimming Pool is good. Basic room facilities are good. Double bedrooms have a queen size bed. Additional bed costs between ₹300 to ₹1000 (with and without Cot) but doesn't come with a blanket. Services: Everyone is quiet helpful. Room Service for food closes by 9pm. Overall it's a good stay, very close to the falls.

Stay was decent. Initial day food took some time..later on it was fine. Staff are very nice and friendly and with good service. Great view of the falls. Well maintained pool- outdoor restroom wasn't maintained though. Back yard is currently bit unkept I'm assuming due to building the next tourist home there. Limited parking inside premises. But they do provide free parking outside as well.

Stay was absolutely stunning n it was very comfortable too. Service also good. Highly recommendable. Room was very clean n well maintained. Bathroom also have to give 5 star rating. They have good car parking area. Only i felt very unfair was their food price. Its too high cannot imagine from such a small hotel.

The food provided but their restaurant was so good, the rooms and swimming pool were neat and clean. Their ambience, hospitality and response were awesome.

Pleasant stay. It was possible because of the warm support extended by the staff. Food was as per our request and tasty

One of the best spot around thiruparappu...Rooms are very neat and staffs are so friendly and the environment inside the Resort will blow your mind 🤗🤗👍👍 Don't miss it when you're going to thiruparappu falls for a trip and the main thing is the distance between the false and the resort is only a walking distance so it will be more helpful for old age peoples also 🤗👍

Hotel is located in front of the water falls but cleaning need to be improved on food serving plates and trays
