The entire apartment is very spacious. But, nothing is hygiene. The paints are dull due to hand prints, beds are smelling bad.

Budget friendly

Actually this place is really budget friendly. I got this flat for about 4000 rupees and it was really nice. The caretaker was really polite. Even though he's not really an english expert, he is very understandable. Rooms are excellent. Very neat and tidy. And you get a lot of area as bathroom. It's really a huge bathroom. Overall, the experience was really awesome and i really liked it.

Good location clean rooms. WiFi did not work. No lift all the way up to 4th floor. Aged people will find it difficult.

Will not recommend we come to know about the true nature of people when there is problem

We didn't check in as the room was not as shown in pictures. We politely refused to check-in as it didn't suit our needs. Yet ended up paying one nights amount. They later called and offered us another room as shown in the picture. But at extra cost which was not in our budget. These are the reasons they gave to deduct money out of my paid amount. I feel cheated of my money. I do not recommend this place.

Good stay

Hotel is near to temple, I got 3 BHK room with full facility, we crooked the food, inverter not working. Rooms are clean, washrooms are clean, all rooms have... Thanks to MMT... We suggest go for this apartment.

Spacious apartment

Clean spacious apartment in a great location at a very reasonable price. They allowed us to check in at 2am and the staff was very hospitable. Parking is available. And a special thanks for those few extra hours ..
