The front desk team was efficient and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. The restaurant staff was attentive, and they accommodated special requests with ease

demanded extra pay on arrival, but the facilities provided were good. th ac was working a few problems with water.

Entire hotel was stinking with cigarette smoke. Loud music played in the adjacent room. Bed linen was very dirty and asked for replacement, not done. Bathroom flush didn’t work, no lights in the bathroom.

After reaching the hotel they charged me 1500 rupees extra and no answer from make my trip

The room is very conjusted, hardly place to even walk around the bed, washroom is not that clean. The staff is friendly though.

The room was okay but the water supply was a bit faulty but everything was clean and beautiful with mirrors and cupboards. I liked the stay but it would be better if they gave us a bigger room as we booked for three people. They hand bigger rooms but didn't provide us that. Rest the service was good.
