It was a bad experience when i booked the room i called the property for fridge requirements after visiting the hotel they said they don't have vacant fridge so they will not provide us which is kind of rude after mentioning the request they are denying us for fulfill our requirement after so many arguments and waited for almost 1/2 an hour they provide us a room with a fridge. The room was not that clean cockroaches were all over the place which was kind of a yuck moment because cockroaches were roaming here and there, the food cost was too much the plates were dirty, tea jug was rusting and smelly when i visited earlier the quality was good and this is our not first visit still this time it was a pathetic experience. The staff was also not supportive they were rude.
