Rooms are not clean as expected or shown in the images. There are insects, ants inside the rooms and bed and bed sheets are untidy too. We couldn't sleep properly during night. Rooms have no ventilation and you feel suffocated when staying inside the room. Ac doesn't work properly, although you set at 22, it still feels at 26. Bed and bed sheets stinks too.

It was clean, stylish, room with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good, and great value for money and service was attentive

I had a very bad experience at reception, they were charging extra money apart from what we pay. staff behaviour is very rude. please don't choose this as a your stay 🙏🙏

Certainly, here i recently stayed at hotel lake view castle, and i must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment i checked in, it was evident that the room services were abysmal. Here are some of the major issues i encountered during my stay: 1. *unresponsive staff: the staff's attitude was indifferent at best. They seemed disinterested in addressing guest concerns, and it was often a challenge to even get their attention. 2. *long delays: requests for simple amenities such as extra towels or toiletries took an eternity to be fulfilled. On multiple occasions, i had to follow up several times before receiving what i had asked for. 3. *housekeeping nightmare: the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. There were stains on the bed sheets and a noticeable layer of dust on various surfaces. It was clear that proper cleaning and maintenance were not a priority. 4. *inadequate maintenance: the room itself was in dire need of maintenance. The plumbing was problematic, and the fixtures were old and worn. It seemed like the room hadn't been updated in years. 5. *room service menu discrepancies: when i tried to order food through room service, i was told that several items listed on the menu were unavailable. This lack of transparency was frustrating, to say the least. In summary, my stay at hotel lake view castle was marred by exceptionally poor room services. It's disheartening to have such a beautiful view of the lake while enduring such subpar accommodation. I would strongly advise potential guests to consider alternative options until the hotel addresses these glaring issues. This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing hotel experiences i've ever had.

The room i booked was with ac. But during check-in, they said they don't have ac room and provided me non ac room.

Good hotel staff are polite i reached here in night but they didn't denied they just give me room key and said firstly rest means overall god d experience
