Overall standards
Trays in which the food was served weren't clean. There was no soap container. Hot water heater was not working

Very unhygienic hotel

They didn't allow my guest inside. Rooms aren't sound proof. Sound pierces and spreads to other rooms if tv is on high volume or someone talks loudly

Washrooms not maintained
Only if washrooms were more clean and maintained. And if they had a fridge in the room. Otherwise the rooms are pleasant, very spacious and clean

Good location, near to Nehrunagar Bus stand
Hotel location was near to Nehrunagar Bus stand (around 3km). less noisy even though near to main road. Tea provided was good and strong. Body wash and moisturizer provided was of Khadi Naturals and pretty good quality.

Good Hotel
Excellent rooms, clean and spacious rooms, very good and courteous staff, good food quality. Only thing that I think should improve is the variety of breakfast that is given in pre ordered breakfast. The breakfast quantity and variety is limited here.

Worst experience ever
No AC working, very smelly washroom, No fresh air ventilation. The TV also not working later they recharged their cable network. They also told me that they will change my room but they didn't.
