The hotel is good, but the room charges are too high. per night is not justified for the facilities provided. In my opinion, the room tariff should be around maximum. The complimentary breakfast is very poor—you only get one paratha and tea, nothing else. The biggest issue is vehicle safety. I came by car, and there was no one to guide me on where to park. In the morning, I was shocked to find that my car's tail light was broken and there was a huge dent on the backside. When I complained to the owner, he tried to help but only gave me the login ID and password of one motion-sensor camera. I had to check myself, and even then, there was no playback available. There was no follow-up from the hotel management. Surprisingly, instead of giving a resolution, I received a call the next day from someone named Arjun reminding me that ₹45 was pending, but still no update about who damaged my car. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Poor security, poor breakfast, and overpriced rooms. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

My issue regarding mmt toll free number not supported

It was terrible experience with royal residency jhabua, when i reached the hotel at 8 pm to check in than hotel staff said that your booking is not confirmed as their property is sold out and they cancel-led my booking.

Hotel owner not provided manual bill thi location

Differential rates charged by different customers. No flexibility in charging rates. Even amenities were not good

The room was clean and the food was good.
