First if all the booking was not accepted by the hotel as they said they have not collaborated with make my trip.

Excellent and value for money
I was very surprised with quality of room with such a low cost per day. I am very happy with service and will definitely stay there if plan happens for Nagpur.

Short and nice stay
Rooms are clean and nice. Stayed there for one night only but it was value for money for 4X suit cost. Restaurant ambiance is also cool. Staff alertness is bit lacking though. I would suggest it as good to stay place.

Not value for money
familyI stayed for a night with my family and the room they've provided was very small as per the budget. Breakfast was also very average, having only 3 options. I would rate 4 on 10.

Pathetic hotel
As we do check in they provide us wrong room the room was not as per standard and they don't have any alternative for that as the hotel was full hot water facility is not in room need to call reception after 1 hour you get know that their is no hot water only reception is trying to solve issue but they are not best in that.

Breakfast free, still charged
The booking included complimentary breakfast, however, we were charged for our breakfast for one day, and the other day we checked out early morning so we weren't given any breakfast.

Good behaviour of staff but bad service
businessYou have to call them to turn on hot water supply to your room. For both days I had an early start. I got delayed by 15-20 minutes because I had to wait for hot water. The person will turn it on your request and will have to come to your room to check- terribly unprofessional. I was checking out at 6:45 min. The bill was not issued because no staff was available. This place doesn't give you feeling of a hotel at all.
