Room is average, no other options like soap towel and new bed sheet

Room was ok, Bathroom was clean but faucet holder was missing and towel holder was hanging loose as one side had no screws. Location is in a congested area but street food is available all around the place. Parking available in basement. Lift facility is there. Average budget stay overall for single men, not advisable for family.

My experience was a little bad when I went there. There were some problems but they were resolved later. The overall experience was fine.

Good stay and services. Room was clean, all facilities are working good. Over all good experience about stay.

Room was not clean, no wardrobe to hang the clothes. After many requests room cleaned in the morning. I had specially requested for late night check in of the room. But despite of all problems they are not ready for time extension as we want leave in in evening.

Hotel was good staff also good in this price they given almost all facilities morning hot water facility also there

Booked hotel CM residancy is very bad. Fan not working properly. It is very bad experience for me

I found this by make my trip application but it's worst hotel in raichur, very bad old beds and furniture, bathroom

Location is some what deep inside among commercial complex. But room is spacious, clean and good. Ac working perfectly. But some trouble faced with mosquitoes. Wash room is to be improved more. Overall gud 4 stay.

I had a comfortable stay at hotel cm residency. Cleanliness is good. There is no connection for tv in my room might be there in other rooms. They had provided a good night mosquito repellent it's better to ask them if it's not there in room. Staff are polite and cooperative. Bettet don't expect all needs and comfort for that money. Finally in my view worth for money. It is good

The place, particularly rhea entrance and the car parking were extremely dirty to say the least. You have to take the major blame for even allowing it on your portal. If it is deliberate, it is quite shameful. If you have still have any sense of shame you should refund the entire amount

Hotel is in market area rooms are not cleaned staffs are polite they don’t have food facilities no wifi landline not available in room
