    I booked this hotel through MakeMyTrip for a Deluxe AC Room, but after payment they shamelessly downgraded it to a Non-AC room. When I arrived and confronted the receptionist (an old man at the desk), he was extremely rude and arrogant—talking as if he was giving us the room for free! Despite showing my booking, he flat-out denied my request and forced us into a filthy, third-class Non-AC room with just a single bed for two people. To make things worse, when we asked for drinking water, he demanded ₹25 upfront for a single bottle! What kind of hotel refuses basic water to its guests? downgrade bookings, provide pathetic rooms, and treat guests with zero respect.

    The hotel staff is good amd helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. However the bedsheets need major upgrade. They are full of stains. I requested for change in bedsheet but the new one also had lot of stains. This should be taken up seriously by the management. As many people complain but no action taken from so many years

    Very good hotel for familie

    Rooms were good but room telephone wasn't working so had to go to reception for every needs. Also, we had kettle in room but no coffee sac-hes for making self tea but the receptionist staff were very friendly and did get us coffee on request. Also, we want to cancel the 2nd day's booking, hotel asked to check with make my trip as they said if hotel agrees, they will refund us, so please refund 2nd booking

    Details provided did not matched actual property details. We booked superior room for family but in actual this room is for single occupancy with single bed. Also, hotel does not have kitchen still accepted bookings with breakfast option. We did not received breakfast even after paying for it. We were forced to upgrade room with additional cost as room that we booked on was not sufficient for a family of 3

    We had booked 5 double rooms. On arrival we offered single room with small ( smaller than queen size) bed. On lot of request given extra bed to accommodate 2 nd person. The door without locks, no beddings, rooms not cleaned properly and no ac rooms. Please avoid booking this hotel. I request makemytrip to duelist them.
