Highly recommended the breakfast here was too good staff were well mannered and helpful. Room neatly maintained. Enjoyed the stay and very close to the Raichur railway station 15 mins walk and by auto they take 100 rs to leave if one cant walk.

this time I m disappointed the staff behaviour very rude kk but please don't be rube on regular customers

very uncourteous staff, no respect for women and senior citizen. it is a total waste of money, will never visit again.

it is located near bus stand though not mordern it is one of the oldest hotel it has good ambience and basic requirements in the room are fine for business trips . clean room . clean washroom. cooperative staff clean corridor welcoming reception

Rooms are shabby as per very old pattern. I think hotel rooms are not renovated since 10 years. Bed sheets are faded colors. Bathroom is dirty. Room service not good. Rooms are too small. furniture in room are very old and uncomfortable. Buckets and bathroom utensils are very unhygienic. Room dose not have the tea bags etc and the jug kept at room was at all not acceptable because very shabby and very dirty. Almira is very small No place to keep the suit case No reading table and no able lamp All over waste of money.

Property is located beside the main road. So it's disturbing at night. And the food is served to the room as it has bar and restaurant. Breakfast was good. And also rooms were clean Rooms were clean and also the bathroom. Breakfast was good. It's located beside the main road so you may get disturbed at night by the sound of vehicles.

Good hotel and very near to bus stand. Rooms are clean. Good for family and solo travel.

Room stinks

Although property is old I got good Renovated New Room ,Staff are Very Co operative , Resturant is not there ,There is Attach Bar & Restaurant ,But Room Service food Available,

The windows of the rooms are open. The bathroom did not have window. Free view across the hotel

Booking experiment is very bad. I’ve been booking through MAKEMYTRIP since so many years. They have offered NON AC room. You App nerve said that while book.

Location is good and generally it's comfortable within city center didn't have much time to visit restaurant as we had function but what short eats we are were good

Worst maintenance and no proper service. There is no proper room service and intercom also not working. Lot of requests also very poor response from the staff

They had cleaned the water head before our check in. In the hot water tap, dirty water was coming after changing several buckets. Could not bath in the morning.

They did not allow early check in. Only after insisting they gave the room and asked to check out at 7am. Room was bug infested, water was yellow. Service staff was rude for the most part. They ring the bell very frequently which is disturbing. They expected tip for doing anything. Food was terrible. Charged extra amount as a tip during check out.

It was a good experience but cleanliness was not there and there was lot of mosquitoes in the passage and corridors and bathroom the bucket and other things were really dirty

Location is good, good food, room, facilities and service, support, 👌🤝Everything is excellent. it's better to select always
