Best service and best property

we booked deluxe room. While alloting us the room, the attendant when asked said that all rooms are the same. No difference in any room. However we were allotted room 1704 a two stored building with 4 rooms. We would like you to cross check 1. what are regular rooms and deluxe rooms. 2. if so what was our allotted room 1704. 3. if no difference why two types of rooms shown on your site. 4. if we were not allotted room as described by u, u must refund the difference amount. Welcome drink tasted like a 'sweet medicine '?Property good. Food extremely costly. pool well maintained. Overall average stay

Lots of Issues issue faced with Club Mahindra Pavagadh resort like They charged Extra Bed but didn't provide it as expected. The pictures of the room shown during booking were different from the actual room. The checkout time wasn't what see with booking

Food was average and there was an incident where the power went out for almost 2 hours and even generator was not working. Also while booking it should me mentioned upfront that it's a pure veg property.

Club Mahindra needs to work a lot on the rooms they are offering. Rooms were not as per the club Mahindra standard. Secondly we had to ask reception for each and every basic things such as toiletries were not there in room, slippers were not available. Electric kettle was not clean. Bathrooms were also not clean. There is complaint for Make my trip that the photograph they have uploaded on their website for Superior room was not offered. Hotel told us that MMT has uploaded wrong photograph. This is totally misguiding.
