"i would not recommend booking this room. It was one of the worst experiences i've had. The room was poorly maintained, with issues such as broken fixtures, noise, cleanliness. The overall experience did not meet my expectations, and i was disappointed with the quality. I would suggest looking for other options"

ihad a very disappointing stay at ccr hotel near the tirupati bus stand. the room was in terrible condition—completely unclean and lacking basic hygiene. there was no water supply, which caused major inconvenience, and to make things worse, the bedsheets and pillow covers were torn and looked very worn out. towels provided were also unclean, and no water bottles were given, which is a basic amenity. the washroom was in a deplorable state with visible stains and poor upkeep. overall, i wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and basic services..

Hotel not upto the mark. No room service. No amenities. Such as no tv bed sheet and pillow cover not upto mark no keys nos intercom. Etc

Location is good, hotel visibility is good but poor room maintenance and service. Rooms and beds are not looking clean.

Door access card not working, every-time i went out, every time i had to call receptionist. Even water was not provided by hotel. Receptionist said i can buy the same from shop outside. Frequent power issue. Ac is getting turned off frequently. Last night power was not there completely, had sleep issue. Then at morning i left as it was terrible experience. After all these they are asking for tip, where i had to come down from 4th floor to ground with heavy luggage, as phone donot work there & lift was also not working as power was not there. For power outage & not working access card

Room are not clean and ac was leaking water which was on the head side of the bed and we couldn’t sleep properly. Shower was not working and hot water was not available and beds were smelling and not hygiene

No room service, telephone, wife,TV ,Ac Overall my stay not happy.Dont recommend.

If your planning to stay here, u might have to pay a lot for there hotel renovation, since they charge u for there old nearly ready to break taps and please donot inform of any repairs of u r room as u might have to pay for whole hotel repairs, scamming at terrible charges. Plz avoid this hotel.

The service at the hotel is not upto the standard, doors are locked automatically and they doesn't have duplicate keys. Clumsy

It's was pathetic they didn't gave a deluxe room rather shared a small room with non ventilation at. All. It's was so claustrophobic over tgere all night. Also there ac was not working all night. K paid 2000 bugs for a non ac room pathetic

Property location is perfect for people traveling to Tirumala, as soon as you get down from the Property 50 mtr you will find bus stops and all public transport access. And you also have great food options near by. Property is new and well maintained with all basic needs. Worth staying.
